Background: Diabetes Mellitus type 2 causes multiple complications like peripheral neuropathy, retinopathy and vestibulopathy. Diabetic neuropathy was one of the very common long-term DM which worsen throughout time. Postural variability balance illness were mutual findings in DN due to lessened proprioception. Objective: The objective determine frequency elderly patients with diabetes II having risk Fall impaired Balance. Methods: It a cross sectional study. Sample size 133 participants surveyed through convenient sampling technique. Total time from May October 2021 utilized for Berg Balance Scale used fall older adults mellitus 2. Participants appearing assessment once. Data analyzed on SPS S version 25. Results: result showed that 76.7% independent their daily life activities. results our study total 23.3% at fall. means standard deviation score found be 44.49±10.48. Conclusion: Based it concluded about fourth balance. adverse effects associated retinopathy, vestibulopathy diabetic may contribute worsening risk.
